Last updated: February 26, 2026
Market Growth Consulting, Inc. (“MGC,” “we,” “us,” “our”) operates www.marketgrowthconsulting.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit or interact with the Site, including our AI and GPT-based experiences.
This Site is intended for business-to-business use by professional users. It is not directed to consumers or children.
1. Information we collect
We collect information in three main ways: (a) information you provide, (b) information collected automatically, and (c) information we obtain or derive through enrichment and analytics.
Information you provide
- Contact and inquiry data: When you submit a form (including our “Contact Us” form), we may collect your name, business email, phone number, company name, job title, message content, and any other information you include.
- Submissions and content: If you provide prompts, text, files, URLs, or other content through Site experiences (including GPT experiences), we may collect and store that content and related metadata.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, we may automatically collect:
- Device and usage data: device identifiers, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, time spent, referring page, clickstream data, approximate location inferred from IP address, and similar usage information.
- Network data: IP addresses and related network identifiers.
- Cookies and similar technologies: We use cookie and non-cookie based tracking (for example, pixels, tags, SDKs, and similar technologies) to operate the Site, understand performance, and measure marketing effectiveness.
Analytics and marketing tools we use
We use tools that may collect or receive some of the data described above, including:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- HubSpot
- Trendemon
- Webless.ai
- And similar web analytics and tracking tools that we may adopt over time
These providers may set or read cookies and use similar technologies. Each provider has its own privacy policy and practices, which you should review.
Server logs
We and our service providers may maintain server logs and security logs that record activity and device or network identifiers.
2. Enrichment, identity resolution, and intent signals
We use “known and unknown” data to understand Site usage and support our marketing and analytics workflows.
- Anonymous and pseudonymous tracking: We may track activity from visitors who have not submitted a form or otherwise identified themselves.
- Identity resolution: We may attempt to resolve IP addresses and other identifiers to associated companies or business entities when available.
- Enrichment: We use Clay for B2B enrichment and may use additional enrichment vendors in the future.
- Combining data sources: We may combine Site activity with information in our marketing automation platforms (MAP) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Intent and signals: We may create or use first-party and third-party intent signals based on Site activity and other lawful data sources.
3. How we use information
We use information for the following business purposes:
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Site and its features
- To provide and administer GPT-based experiences and related services
- To respond to inquiries and communicate with you
- To perform analytics, measure performance, and understand how the Site is used
- To manage leads and support B2B marketing and sales activities
- To detect, prevent, investigate, and address fraud, abuse, security incidents, and technical issues
- To comply with applicable laws and enforce our agreements
4. AI and model training
Our GPT experience is powered by Webless.ai.
- Training use: Prompts, submissions, and related interaction data may be used to train or improve MGC models and Webless.ai models. They may also be used to train or improve underlying foundational models or systems used to deliver the service.
- Human review: We may use human review processes for quality, safety, troubleshooting, and improvement purposes, with access controls intended to limit access to those who need it to perform their roles.
If you do not want your submissions used in these ways, do not submit them through the Site.
5. Cookies and consent management
We use Cookiebot as a consent manager to help users manage cookie preferences, including opt-out choices where required or supported. Depending on your settings and applicable law, some cookies and similar technologies may be disabled or restricted.

- To comply with law or legal process, respond to lawful requests, and protect rights, safety, and property
- In connection with a corporate transaction (for example, merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets), where permitted by law
- With your direction or consent
Third-party policies
Many analytics, enrichment, and marketing platforms operate under their own privacy policies. Your use of the Site may involve data processing by these platforms. You should review the privacy policies of those vendors to understand their practices.
